The aforementioned accused was at first in December 2019 found guilty by Branch 1 of Sanandaj Revolution Court under the supervision of Judge Saeedi and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for being “member of Kurdistan Hayat Party (Pejak)”. After appealing, the case was retried in Kurdistan Appeal Court and the sentence was reduced to 2 years.
